To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, Fresh Family Electro will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@freshfamilyelectro.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, the item is defective, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
